Alan Turing is one of Britain’s much loved national heroes. He paved the way for modern computers, he was a key figure in code-breaking during WWII and he was victim of a discriminatory law that saw him chemically castrated.
Jurys Inn Manchester wanted to dedicate an online memorial to honour and teach others about his incredible life as well as supporting our Mancunian community that honour Alan Turing as a local treasure, as well as a national hero.
