We want to reassure you that we are taking every precaution to ensure your safety and wellbeing during your stay.
While we always have very high standards of housekeeping & hygiene, our Senior Management continue to oversee increased levels of cleaning, employee training and additional protocols, so you can be completely confident of your safety throughout your stay.
To ensure you have a happy stay and to reassure you that we have thought of all aspects of your stay, please familiarise yourself with the following service and safety procedures that are now in place.

SOCIAL DISTANCINGSocial distancing is currently not required in all countries in UK & Ireland however. it is encouraged that our guests and employees practice safe social distancing.

Due to the impact of the Covid Pandemic and the subsequent supply chain issues, we have amended our check in time to 4pm onwards. We would like to make our guests aware that we are not offering a housekeeping service for short stays in our Jurys Inn or Leonardo Hotels. We are conscious of the current climate change and as a result of this, we are committed to constantly reducing our environmental impact and daily housekeeping uses a significant amount of energy, chemicals & water, which is not in keeping with our commitment. | |

Key Touchpoints in our Guestrooms
As part of our training and hygiene protocols We have increased the cleaning of the following frequently touched items and surfaces in our bedrooms.
At the moment, for guests staying more than one night, we do not offer a standard stayover housekeeping service.
Upon request we are happy to provide additional linen, towels & toiletries which will be delivered to your door the following morning. This approach supports the Laundry Association guidelines and recommendations, which in turn helps manage supply logistics & shortages.
