Leonardo Hotel and Conference Venue Aberdeen Airport has four air-conditioned function rooms available, all flexible in layout and design. With our Ballroom able to host up to 280 people in a banquet style reception, and our Premier Suite offering an open-plan room ideal for 80 guests attending a wedding breakfast, we can accommodate all wedding types and styles.

We also have a number of rooms perfectly suited for conducting wedding ceremonies, allowing you to host your entire wedding day in one location.

Ballroom
Perfect for hosting up to 600 guests for a reception or 280 for wedding banquets and special events, the Ballroom is the largest and most impressive function room at our Aberdeen Airport hotel.

Recently renovated with a neutral, modern chic décor, it features its own built-in bar, a dedicated fixed dance floor and stage area, air-conditioning, and private cloakroom facilities. Its ground floor location ensures easy to access for guests.

The Ballroom can be divided into 2 rooms for smaller events – these become our Houston and Grampian Suites.

Grampian
The Grampian suite is our second largest room, accommodating up to 100 guests for a wedding breakfast, or up to 150 for an evening reception.

The room has a neutral décor and allows in plenty of natural light. This suite also has air-conditioning and is able to accommodate a portable dance floor for your guests and their dance moves! Situated on the ground floor, our hotel’s facilities are all easily accessible from the Grampian.

Houston
A popular room choice due to its elegant but simple décor and natural light, the Houston is a versatile space primed for you to tailor your ideal layout and decorations. The room can accommodate up to 190 guests in a banquet style set up and 200 for a reception.

The Houston also offers a fixed dancefloor, air-conditioning, and a convenient ground floor location with easy access to all of the hotel’s amenities.

Premier
Our Premier suite offers a square shaped, open plan room free of pillars and perfect for customising to your dream layout and design. With a capacity of up to 80 guests in a banquet style layout and a built-in bar, the suite is ideal for smaller sized weddings.

The Premier suite is next to the hotel reception, situated on the ground floor.
