Coronavirus infectious disease (COVID-19)
Update 24th March 2020:
Following announcements from the UK and Irish governments, all Jurys Inn and Leonardo Hotels will close from 24th March to the 14th April.
We will continue to update the information on this page to ensure we keep our guests up to date with changes across the group.
We plan to re-open our hotels as soon as it is permitted and safe to do so. If you have any queries please email email@example.com and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
The team at Jurys Inn and Leonardo Hotels look forward to welcoming our guests back to our hotels sometime soon.
What happens to my booking?
If you have paid for a booking that has now been cancelled due to hotel closure:
If you booked directly with us via voice or JurysInns.com or Leonardohotels.co.uk, you will receive a refund from us. Otherwise you will need to contact the 3rd party you booked with to process your refund.
If you have not paid for a booking that has now been cancelled due to hotel closure:
Your reservation is cancelled, you will not be charged and no further action is required.

As we all face a period of uncertainty because of COVID-19, I wanted to update you on what we are doing as a group, and individually across our hotels, to limit disruption to you and your travel plans.
Safety is our priority
At Jurys Inn and Leonardo Hotels, our priority as always is the health and wellbeing of all our teams, their families and our guests. We are closely monitoring and reviewing the advice issued by national health organisations, as well as the World Health Organisation and we are taking all appropriate actions and precautionary measures within our hotels and across all of our operating offices.
