From yoga to pilates and dancing classes, there’s no end of activities to try. Of course, with so many fitness-related YouTube channels out there, it can be difficult to know where to look first. To give you a hand, we’ve put together this list of our top fitness instructors on YouTube this year, offering everything from soothing yoga through to HIIT sessions that’ll get your heart racing.

Combining common forms of cardio with a whole host of modern dance styles, their energetic fitness classes are each set to all the hottest pop tracks of the moment alongside some instantly-recognisable classics. Holly performs almost all of her workouts from her lounge, which should be proof enough that these classes are super easy to follow from home. Yoga With Adriene is among the most popular experts of the discipline on YouTube, with an extensive selection of videos that each reflect the sense of calm and tranquility that goes hand in hand with yoga. With videos for both beginners and experienced yogi, there’s even categories on the channel that can help you target and manage pain in particular areas of the body.
