We continually strive to improve our product and service to enhance our guests experience and listen very carefully to our guests’ feedback.

This year we made the following changes following guests’ feedback:

Bar and restaurant food menus have been changed allowing for a greater variety of dishes and a new Specials menu will offer a greater choice to our frequent guests.

Our Breakfast offering has been improved to offer healthier options and one set breakfast price was introduced. Earlier Breakfast time was introduced to cater for our business guests.

New improved pillows were introduced as standard to all bedrooms. Lightbulbs in our bathrooms were moved to allow for better make-up application.

Our commitment to the business guest has been recognised by the Business Travel Awards 2010, which awarded Jurys Inns Best Independent Hotel Brand 2010. We were also awarded Joint Most Improved Business Brand by BDRC in 2009.

Spacious, comfortable bedrooms provide High speed internet access, and Wi-fi in the lobby and public areas makes working on the move easier.

A range of healthy breakfast options help kick start a busy day of meetings, and many hotels have partnered with local gyms to give discounted entry to their facilities. For those on a tighter schedule, Il Barista coffee bars offer takeout coffee to ensure guests never have to skip their caffeine fix!

Other features designed to make business travel run smoothly include free hire of chargers for phones as well as travel adaptors to ensure business travellers are never left high and dry. After a hard days work, Business Travellers can continue their evening in a Jurys Inn, either enjoying a drink at the bar while watching the Sports channels or relaxing over a leisurely meal in our Restaurant.

Inn Business Loyalty Scheme

Inn Business is our Loyalty Scheme for bookers. Inn Business rewards companies who book directly and provide a minimum of 15 room nights per annum throughout the Jurys Inns Group. Members earn points for every booking made. Points can be used to claim a number of gifts including Jurys Inns gift vouchers, travel vouchers and a range of store vouchers.
