As if it weren’t enough to have received glowing reviews following the unveiling last year of the hotel’s £3 Million makeover, Visit Scotland has recently awarded Jurys Inn Glasgow a Four Star accreditation.
This endorsement by Visit Scotland acknowledges, the high standard of the facilities available to guests, the consistently warm and friendly service delivered by General Manager Barry Rowland and his team.
The Jurys Inn Glasgow makeover, which was completed last March, was part of a wider £25 Million company wide refurbishment programme. The eleven-storey hotel, which opened in 2003, is the largest in Scotland with 321 bedrooms. The work included a redesign of all the bedrooms, public areas as well as a stylish new restaurant, bar and all-day Costa coffee bar. The hotel’s 10 meeting rooms and breakout area were also extensively refurbished and the hotel now offers WiFi throughout.
Barry Rowland, Jurys Inn Glasgow general manager said: “We are delighted that Visit Scotland has recognised us in this way. For us it really speaks volumes about the quality of our product, the great team behind the delivery of our service and why our guests continue to choose us as their city centre hotel of choice.”
