From electriconic music raves and black theatre to the delightful Dvořákova Prague Festival and festive Christmas concerts; there is something for everyone!
Festival Letní Letná
Festival Letní Letná is an international festival that brings physical theatre, acrobatics, humour and more to Prague. Now in its 12th year, the festival has grown from 60 shows in 2004 and 6,300 spectators to 135 shows in 2015 and 38,000 spectators! The festival kicks off with a grand parade that weaves around the streets of the Old Town. The main festival town is made up of circus tents serving refreshments and can be found in Letenské sady. Visitors to Prague can discover this fabulous city with the added bonus of a pleasant, old-fashioned circus atmosphere and enjoy theatre, cabaret, musical performances and more. The festival Letní Letná is an annual event and runs from 18th August to 4th September 2016 so if you don’t make it this year you can try for next year!
Black Light TheatreBook tickets to the Black Light Theatre for a unique Czech experience
For something totally different, experience traditional Czech entertainment with a trip to the Black Light Theatre of Prague. Drama, music, dance and pantomime are brought together in this unique style of theatre. This is a non-verbal theatrical performance with fascinating visual effects on display. Black theatre interacts with spectators and there is an elusive mystery about it that you won’t experience in any other art form. This is a show that anyone can enjoy and has to be attended to be understood! Shows run daily from 8:30pm. There are currently three shows running on different nights: CABINET, AFRIKANIA and The Best of Image.
Dvořák Prague Festival
The Dvořák Prague Festival is an international music festival that celebrates the musical genius of the most renowned Czech composer Antonín Dvořák. The festival sees internationally-acclaimed soloists, conductors and orchestras come together on the Dvořák Prague concert stages to perform music by Antonín Dvořák and other famous composers. The festival commences on the 4th September and runs until 24th September taking place in various locations across Prague.
Pixies in Concert
Pixies fans can combine a weekend break to Prague with a concert! Pixies perform in Prague on the 17th November 2016. Tickets for this event can be purchased at TicketPro.
Magnetic Festival Prague
Twice a year (in May and in December), this electronic music festival takes place in Prague. Since 2012, the MAGNETIC Festival has presented big names in music including AVICII, Hardwell, Afrojack, Martin Garrix, DVBBS, Steve Aoki, NERVO, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Showtek and Laidback Luke.
The MAGNETIC Festival takes place in a gigantic club that can accommodate up to 10,000 visitors where you can attend the ten-hour show that includes the biggest stars in the world of dance music!
During its existence, the festival has become a place of exclusive performances where the artists enjoy themselves together with their audience, they have been known to jump into the crowd, play sets together and miss their flights because it is just not possible to leave this party! Experiences like these make the MAGNETIC Festival one of the most popular events of its kind in Europe.

Advent & Christmas concert
Enjoy a romantic concert in Old Prague this Christmas season! The advent and Christmas concerts take place in various locations including the stunning Clementinum Mirror Chapel, St. Francis of Assisi Church and St. Salvator Church.
