Our largest room is The Southwell Suite, which can seat up to 250 delegates, making it suitable for larger conventions or conferences, while our smaller meeting rooms offer flexible layouts for all meetings, seminars, and presentations.

Delegate Packages

Jurys Inn East Midlands Airport Hotel offer delegate packages to help you plan and budget your business event. A day delegate package will include:

  • Room hire from 9am to 5pm.
  • LCD projector, screen, TV, Video, Whiteboard, flip-chart, and stationary. Additional technical equipment is available on request.
  • Unlimited tea, coffee, and orange juice, as well as a selection of muffins, cakes, and fresh fruit.
  • Hot or cold lunch, which can be served in the hotel restaurant or in your meeting room.
  • 24 hour BT Openzone card for the host.
  • A dedicated conference executive to ensure your event runs smoothly.

Our 24 Hour Delegate Package will also include the following:
