Our four star hotel in Cheltenham offers 12 fully equipped meeting and function rooms for your business needs, and 122 spacious and stylish bedrooms to accommodate delegates or guests.

The Executive Suite (our largest room) can seat up to 400 delegates in a theatre-style setting, making it suitable for larger conventions or conferences, while our 11 smaller meeting rooms offer flexible layouts for meetings, training sessions, and presentations.

Delegate Packages

Jurys Inn Cheltenham offers delegate packages to help make planning and budgeting your event simpler. A day delegate package will include:

  • Room hire from 9am to 5pm. Pens, pencils, notepads, water, and sweets will be provided.
  • LCD projector, screen, and flipchart for presentations.
  • Tea and coffee with breakfast rolls.
  • Mid-morning refreshments and confectionaries.
  • Lunch: A hot or cold buffet in the hotel restaurant, OR an in-room finger buffet for a working lunch.
  • 24 hour BT Openzone card for the host.
  • Stationery box.

 

Our 24 Hour Delegate Package will also include the following:
