How can I use Leonardo hotels Business Booker points?
Once you become a member and start earning points, you can swap these points for a gift in the Leonardo hotels Business Booker Gift Collection.

How often are my points updated online?
Points will be updated to your members account within 5 days of the completed booking at a Leonardo hotel.

Should I use my Leonardo hotels Business Booker membership every time I make a reservation?
Yes, your points will automatically expire if you have not earned any Leonardo hotels Business Booker Points over a twelve consecutive month period.

Yes, your points will automatically expire if you have not earned any Leonardo hotels Business Booker Points over a twelve consecutive month period.

How do I earn Points?
You earn points every time you make a booking. Simply log in and book direct on leonardohotels.co.uk using your membership username and password and you will awarded 5 points for every room and room night booked. Points will appear on your account with 5 days of the completed booking.

How do I redeem a Free Room Night?
When logged in to Leonardo hotels Business Booker, Select ‘Spend Points’ and select the free room night you require and book your room online. Note, Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of reservation and blackout dates may apply due to seasonal periods or special events.

What if I want to give my free room night to someone else?
If you want to give your free room night to someone else, please select a Leonardo hotel gift voucher instead of booking the free room night online. Voucher will be posted to the Leonardo hotels Business Booker member not the intended recipient within 28 days.

How many points do I have?
To view your latest points balance, just logon to your online account and look under 'My Statement'. Note Points will appear on your account with 5 days of the completed booking.

How do I redeem a prize?
Prizes can only be redeemed online. Simply logon to your online account and select Spend Points.

I tried to redeem a gift but am told it is unavailable?
When logged in and making a redemption, if you do not have enough points for a gift, you may be advised that the gift is unavailable. In this case, select another gift that you have enough points for.

What if I leave my current employer? Can I transfer my membership?
No, you cannot transfer membership to a new company. The membership and all points remains with the company you registered with. You will be required to set up a new membership under the new company you are working for.

What if I cancel my booking?
Points will only be awarded for completed stays.

Can I be a member of both the guests and bookers programme?
Yes but you will need to provide a unique email address for each membership. The same email address cannot be used for both programmes.

Can I backdate points?
Points will only be backdated if requested and for a maximum period of 3 months. Member must provide proof of completed booking in order to backdate points. Please complete the membership query section to request points to be backdated or email leonardorewards@leonardohotels.com
