St Philip’s Cathedral – 15 minute walk from Jurys Inn Birmingham
This one might come as a surprise, but Birmingham is an easy place to love and an easy place to fall in love. If you want to see the city from a different view, take a boat trip down the watery pathways at The Canals (just a 4 minute walk away).
There’s something inherently romantic about bridges that makes them the perfect spot to perch. Perhaps it’s the fact that many bridges have incredible romantic views, and Newcastle is no exception! The circular walk from the Swing Bridge to the Millennium Bridge has everything going for it, with lovely views of the Gateshead and Newcastle Quaysides, , and best of all, the lights twinkling on the city’s river.
