Manchester's night life is an incredibly rich source of entertainment and excitement. There are countless places you can go after dark and be guaranteed a great night of fun. It all depends on what you want to do. In Manchester, the sky is the limit because there is something for everyone. From dancing and partying with locals in a club to enjoying a luxurious dinner in a quiet, sophisticated environment, you will always be left satisfied.

Night Clubs and Pubs

Manchester is home to many excellent night clubs and pubs. On Canal Street, you can find numerous bars that are often populated by younger people. The night club, Pure, is one of the top night clubs to visit if you are seeking an active dance floor and excellent music. These are only a few of the places to look around for some very active night life - Manchester holds much, much more.

Dining and Restaurants

Not unlike the night clubs, the eating establishments are very high in number and diversity. Many different types of cuisines can be enjoyed, such as American, Asian, and native English. China Town is where most who crave Thai, Chinese, or Japanese food end up. You can also find a decent number of cheaply priced all-you-can-eat buffets here. Vegans and vegetarians can find excellent meals in the Northern Quarter, as well as a host of comedy clubs.

Films and Theaters

If you are more for sitting and relaxing while enjoying a late night movie, there are many theatres and film-themed locations that you can visit. Many of these places, such as FAB Cafe, serve inexpensive meals along with screening obscure movies on the walls.
