Our pools are designed with comfort in mind to ensure you enjoy your swim whether it’s before, after or as your main workout.

Swimming uses all the muscles in the body, exercising in water makes your body work harder so 30 minutes is worth 45 minutes of the same activity on land! Swimming can also lower stress levels, reduce anxiety and improve your sleep patterns – perfect for that break away.

Our gyms are fully equipped, so you’ll be sure to find something to get the sweat pumping. With chest press, shoulder press, chest fly, leg press, lat pull down, shoulder press, free wrights, smith machine, benches, spin bike, fit balls, medicine balls, treadmills, cross trainers and rowers – we want to help you stick to your goals!

We want you to relieve those tired muscles, feel more relaxed and just feel pampered! Whether you’re finished working out or just want to wind down, our facilities offer some form of relaxation from spa pools, steam rooms, saunas to beauty therapy services.
