The Brighton Racecourse on the Race Hill in East Sussex, England, is one of the most vibrant, exciting tracks in South England. This ideal seaside location, five minutes from the city centre, is great for shopping, bars, and restaurants. We also have one of the most best located hotels in Brighton in case you’re planning on turning your racetrack visit into a short break.

The venue is versatile, making it a great place to meet up with friends, family, or corporate clients. The racecourse provides stunning views of Brighton, Hove, and the English Channel. The track is known for having some of the most picturesque settings of any English racecourse.

Brighton features a left-handed, undulating, horseshoe shaped course that is one mile four furlongs in length. The lowest point of the course is at the four mile start. The highest point is at the Winning Post. The course climbs uphill from two furlongs out. It is one of three British courses that is not a circuit.

Brighton hosts flat racing from April through October. In 2012, they will have 18 fixtures, including a three-day August Festival of Racing from August 8-10. Highlights of this festival include Frosts Ladies Day and the John Smith's Brighton Mile.

There is no evidence of a consistent draw advantage at the Brighton Racecourse. One mile two furlongs and one mile four furlongs outside the remainder may move slightly depending on the ground conditions that particular day.

Brighton is known for their customer service, which is what makes this an ideal location for any tourist or resident. In 2011, their number of bookings increased by over 40 percent. They can cater parties as small as 10 people to marquee events up to 600 people. Brighton prides themselves on providing straightforward and simple event organization, first-class service, and outstanding cuisine.

There are three package deals available at Brighton: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. All packages include suites for groups anywhere from 10 to 200 guests. You must have at least 10 people to qualify for a package deal. Make sure that there is one person who can handle all of the booking logistics from the initial inquiry to the day of the racecourse event. All packages include a wide choice of menus and services, free parking, and complimentary photographs. There are also a number of extra features available such as betting vouchers, tipsters, and guest gifts.
