Havelské TrĹľišt? - Havel's Market

Less than 20 minutes on foot from Leonardo Hotel, Havelské TrĹľišt? is the city centre's permanent market and is popular with locals and tourists alike. There are plenty of stalls where vendors are selling everything from fruit and vegetables, flowers, leather goods, arts and crafts, wooden toys and puppets, and ceramics. It’s a great place to soak up some atmosphere and pick up a souvenir or two. You’ll find more information on this and other markets in this guide.

Crystals and Glass

You couldn’t avoid the Czech glass and crystal shops if you tried, they’re all over central Prague, and the twinkly stuff is on offer at any time of the day or night. The lower end (more affordable) shops are on Wenceslas Square, Na Prikope and Celetna. The two high-end producers are Moser and Egermann. Moser also has a shop in Na Prikope.

Palladium Shopping Centre

Despite this being an ultra-modern shopping centre, the exterior of Palladium has a chateau like appearance that sits in harmony with the rest of this beautiful historic city. You’ll find anything you need here - it boasts over 200 shops with plenty of big brand names, cafés and fast food huts. Around festive seasons like Christmas and Easter, wooden huts appear selling local handmade crafts. Palladium is on Nám?stí Republiky and is an easy ten minute walk from Leonardo Hotel.
