Jurys Doyle Hotel Group Ltd has split into two companies – Jurys Inns Group Ltd and Jurys Doyle Hotels Ltd and as part of this split, Jurys Inns are launching a new loyalty scheme for Jurys Inns guests, called Your Inn. You have been identified as a Jurys Inn guest.
2. I have received information on Your Inn. What do I need to do?
No need to do anything, as a recognised Jurys Inn guest, from 24th August 2007, you will automatically be enrolled into Your Inn and your Priority Guest points will transfer over.
3. Will I get a new membership number?
No, your membership number will remain the same. Please ensure you state your membership number when booking and at check-in to ensure you are credited with points earned during your stay.
4. Why have I been recognised as a Jurys Inn Guest?
Your booking profile highlights that the majority of your bookings and stays are in Jurys Inns.
5. What will happen to the Priority Guest points I have accumulated to date?
All Priority Guest points earned up to 24th August 2007 will be transferred over to the new Jurys Inns loyalty scheme - Your Inn
6. Why can I no longer earn Priority Points?
You can no longer earn Priority Guest points because you are a member of Your Inn. Your Inn was set up because Jurys Doyle Hotel Group Ltd has split into two separate companies – Jurys Inns Group Ltd and Jurys Doyle Hotels Ltd. This has required a new and separate loyalty scheme for Jurys Inns guests.
7. Can I still earn points when I stay at a Jurys Doyle hotel?
No, you cannot earn Your Inn points when you stay at a Jurys Doyle Hotel. Jurys Doyle Hotel Group Ltd has split into two separate companies – Jurys Inns Group Ltd and Jurys Doyle Hotels Ltd. This has required a new and separate loyalty scheme for Jurys Inns guests – Your Inn.
8. I use both Jurys Inns and Jurys Doyle hotels. Can I still be a member of both schemes?
Yes, you can be a member of both schemes but these schemes operate entirely separately from each other. You will need to apply separately to each scheme for membership.
