Jurys Inn GROW Graduate Scheme recruiting for Class of 2013

The Jurys Inn GROW Graduate scheme, which will be recruiting again from the 1st November for its 2013 intake is a fast track programme allowing graduates to take the transition from education to full time employment within the hospitality industry.

Graduates attend training sessions in areas such as ‘BE Exceptional’, a unique Guest Care training course in addition to Finance & Budgets, Revenue Management and Effective Communication, and are mentored by senior level employees throughout the two year programme. The aim of the two year course is to have recruits ready to take on Assistant Manager roles by the end of it.


Says, Jennifer Lee, HR Director: “each year we recruit 20 new graduates to the GROW programme who then work across our 32 hotels located in the UK, Ireland and the Czech Republic.  We expect applicants to have a hospitality-related degree and relevant work experience.  As a company we are committed to creating and supporting exceptional people, and to achieving a culture that values people and their contributions to the business.  The GROW Programme provides these bright talents with a structure and support to help fully develop their potential.”
