Jurysinns.com looks different? How do I log into my Jurys Rewards account.
To access your Jurys Rewards account, use the Log In button on the top right corner of jurysinns.com . Your username and password remains the same.
My Jurys Rewards online account looks different?
We have a brand new look website and Jurys Rewards pages which we hope is easier for our Jurys Rewards members to use. All the information you could previously access remains the same, it is just presented differently:
Summary – displays your recent reservations and latest points statement
History – displays past reservations and statements
Spend – Here you can spend your points on free room nights and gifts
Help – Here you can request any missing points or replace a membership card
Manage Profile – Here you can update your personal information, change your password or change your Ezine subscriptions
Has my account history changed?
No. All of your profile, bookings, redemptions and account information remains the same and is still available for you to access on the new website.
How can I use Jurys Rewards points?
Once you become a member and start earning points, you can swap these points for a gift in the Jurys Rewards Gift Collection. For the full list of gifts and points required, view Gift Collection
How often are my points updated online?
Points will be updated to your members account within 5 days of departure.

How do I join Jurys Rewards?

If I have a query regarding my statement, who do I contact?
Please complete the Membership Query form for any queries on missing points or transactions.
I’ve lost My Card. What do I do?
To request a replacement card, Please select the Lost Card option on the Membership Query form.
Should I quote my Jurys Rewards membership number every time I make a reservation?
Yes. You will not be rewarded points if you do not quote your membership number at time of booking.
Do my points expire?
Yes, your points will automatically expire if you have not earned any Jurys Rewards Points over a twelve consecutive month period.
Does my membership expire?
Any Jurys Rewards member who has not earned or redeemed Jurys Rewards Points for eighteen consecutive months ie. account has been inactive, will have their Jurys Rewards membership terminated and all Jurys Rewards Points will be forfeited.
How do I earn Points?
You earn points everytime you stay at a Jurys Inn Hotel. Simply quote your membership number when making a booking and you will awarded 10 points for every Euro or Pound you spend with us. Points will appear on your account within 5 days of departure.
How many points do I have?
To view your latest points balance, just logon to your online account and look under 'My Statement'.
How often do I get a Jurys Rewards statement?
You will receive email statements quarterly. You can view your latest statement anytime by selecting 'My Statement'.
How do I redeem a prize?
Prizes can only be redeemed online. Simply logon to your online account and select Redeem Points.
I tried to redeem a gift but am told it is unavailable?
When logged in and making a redemption, if you do not have enough points for a gift, you may be advised that the gift is unavailable. In this case, select another gift that you have enough points for.
How do I redeem a Free Room Night?
When logged in to Jurys Rewards, Select ‘Redeem Points’ and select the free room night you require. Note, Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of reservation and blackout dates may apply due to seasonal periods or special events.
Is the cancellation policy for a free room night different?
Yes. A free room night redemption will only be refunded if the room is cancelled by 2pm, 7 days prior to day of arrival. If room is cancelled before this time, points will be refunded to the members account.
Can I book a Free Room Night over the phone?
No. Redemptions for a Free Room night can only be booked on www.jurysinns.com.
What if I want to give my free room night to someone else?
If you want to give your free room night to someone else, please select a Jurys Inn gift voucher instead of booking the free room night online. Voucher will be posted to the Jurys Rewards member not the intended recipient within 28 days.
How do I redeem a Voucher?
When logged in to Jurys Rewards, Select ‘Redeem Points’ and select the voucher type and denomination you require. Vouchers will be posted within 28 days.
What is Jurys Rewards?
Jurys Rewards is our new and improved loyalty programme for guests. We have introduced benefits and recognition for members while staying at our hotels through our new tier levels. Gifts have been revised and require less points now so you will be able to earn points for your preferred gift quicker than before.
Why have my points balance changed?
Points in Jurys Rewards are calculated in a different way so your points balance will appear as a different figure but your new balance is of the same value as before. For example, if you had enough points for a £20 gift voucher before, you still have enough points for a £20 voucher now.
Why are the points required for gifts different?
Points required for gifts have been reduced to make it easier for our members to earn their preferred gift. Gifts are now available for less points than before.
What are the Jurys Rewards tier levels?
There are now 3 tiers of membership – Floor 1, 2 and 3. All tiers receive the same amount of points for every £/€ spent but have varying benefits when staying at our hotels.

All members will be transferred to the new Jurys Rewards programme as a Floor 1 Member. Members will move to the next floor once they meet the qualifying room night criteria.
What Benefits does Jurys Rewards have?
Jurys Rewards offers new benefits for members while staying in our hotels. Benefits are awarded by Tier Level:
