How can I use Jurys Rewards points?

Once you become a member and start earning points, you can swap these points for a gift in the Jurys Rewards Gift Collection.

How often are my points updated online?
Points will be updated to your members account within 5 days of the completed booking.

If I have a query regarding my statement, who do I contact?
Please complete the Membership Query form for any queries on missing points or transactions.

Should I quote my Jurys Rewards membership number every time I make a reservation?
Yes. You will not be rewarded points if you do not quote your membership number at time of booking.

Do my points expire?
Yes, your points will automatically expire if you have not earned any Jurys Rewards Points over a twelve consecutive month period.

Does my membership expire?
Any Jurys Rewards member who has not earned or redeemed Jurys Rewards Points for eighteen consecutive months ie. account has been inactive, will have their Jurys Rewards membership terminated and all Jurys Rewards Points will be forfeited.

How do I earn Points?
You earn points everytime you make a booking at a Jurys Inn Hotel. Simply quote your membership number when making the booking and you will awarded 5 points for every room and room night booked. Points will appear on your account with 5 days of the completed booking.

How do I redeem a Free Room Night?
When logged in to Jurys Rewards, Select ‘Redeem Points’ and select the free room night you require. You will receive your accommodation voucher in the post. Note, Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of reservation and blackout dates may apply due to seasonal periods or special events.

Is the cancellation policy for a free room night different?
Yes. A free room night redemption will only be refunded if the room is cancelled by 2pm, 7 days prior to day of arrival. If room is not cancelled before this time, points will not be refunded to the members account.

How do I redeem a Voucher?
When logged in to Jurys Rewards, Select ‘Redeem Points’ and select the voucher type and denomination you require. Vouchers will be posted within 28 days.

Can I book a Free Room Night online?
No. Currently Redemptions for a Free Room night can only be booked when you receive your voucher. Once voucher is received, call the Jurys Rewards desk on 0870 0650 510.

What if I want to give my free room night to someone else?
If you want to give your free room night to someone else, please select a Jurys Inn gift voucher instead of booking the free room night online. Voucher will be posted to the Jurys Rewards member not the intended recipient within 28 days.

How many points do I have?
To view your latest points balance, just logon to your online account and look under 'My Statement'. Note Points will appear on your account with 5 days of the completed booking.

How do I redeem a prize?
Prizes can only be redeemed online. Simply logon to your online account and select Redeem Points.

I tried to redeem a gift but am told it is unavailable?
When logged in and making a redemption, if you do not have enough points for a gift, you may be advised that the gift is unavailable. In this case, select another gift that you have enough points for.

How often do I get a Jurys Rewards statement?
You will receive email statements quarterly. You can view your latest statement anytime by selecting 'My Statement'. Note Points will appear on your account with 5 days of the completed booking.

What if I leave my current employer? Can I transfer my membership?
No, you cannot transfer membership to a new company. The membership and all points remains with the company you registered with. You will be required to set up a new membership under the new company you are working for.

What if I cancel my booking?
Points will only be awarded for completed stays.

Can I be a member of both the guests and bookers programme?
Yes but you will need to provide a unique email address for each membership. The same email address cannot be used for both programmes.

Can I backdate points?
Points will only be backdated if requested and for a maximum period of 3 months. Member must provide proof of completed booking in order to backdate points. Please complete the membership query section to request points to be backdated or email
