Climb the stairs of history in this beautiful Windmill. Green’s Windmill was built in 1807 by the father of ‘notable’ scientist and mathematician George Green. The windmill is situated high on a ridge offering fantastic views of Nottingham and the River Trent. The Windmill is fully functioning and produces organic flour available to buy.
The mill also offers interactive ‘hands on’ experiments and problem solving for younger visitors as well as tours and a children’s playground (outside).
