Wander around the Natural History Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum, enjoy a jaunt around Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, stop in at the Kensington Palace and the Leighton House Museum or go back in time at Carlyle’s House- whichever attraction you choose, they all guarantee a fantastic day out.

A short walk takes you to Battersea Park which offers an urban oasis with a fantastic riverside promenade, fountains, a large lake, sports facilities, leisure activities and children’s play areas. This is the perfect spot for a fresh winter walk or a nice picnic in summer!
There is also the Battersea Dogs and Cats Home just a stone’s throw away from the park, which is the oldest and most famous home for dogs in the UK. Battersea Dogs and Cats Home aims to never turn away a dog or cat in need of help. Thanks to voluntary donations, the home raises over £10 million a year to help dogs and cats. For a small donation, you’re able to visit the home and animals.
Opening in 2008 as one of the UK’s largest shopping centres, Westfield has over 250 stores, a cinema and many restaurants and bars. Easy to get to from Chelsea, Westfield is an amazing shopping experience and a great day out. Simply enjoy a two minute walk to Imperial Wharf station and take the London Overground to Shepherds Bush rail station located across from Westfield shopping centre.
