Guest Ratings are based on our Jurys Inns Guest Satisfaction programme. At Jurys Inn we take our guests satisfaction and loyalty very seriously so we ask guests to complete a questionnaire to find out how they enjoyed their stay. To date tens of thousands of guests have responded and these comments have enabled us to further develop our product and service to meet your needs.
As one of the core values of Jurys Inns, we feel strongly that it is our responsibility to do what we can to improve the community around us. Therefore we developed relationships with various charities that reflect our interests in providing support and recognition where possible. This program encourages all our employees to work together to co-operate locally in to the communities where we work and live. One such charity is Depaul Ireland.
Depaul Ireland provides accommodation and key services to people who may otherwise struggle. The fact that we both provide accommodation albeit at different ends of the spectrum gives us a very good understanding of their needs. They work in Dublin and Belfast to provide accommodation, outreach and training services to homeless and disadvantaged people. Depaul Ireland Manages 12 specialised services for the homeless between the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland
Every year Jurys Inn picks a designated charity of the year and donates proceeds of events and other activities to that charity. Further to this each hotel undertakes to fundraise for a charity of their choosing.
