Work Experience and Placement Opportunities


As a company, we place a high value on Learning and Development for our employees and just as importantly, students – The Managers of the Future. We accept work experience and placement students in the following departments:

  • Food & Beverage (restaurant & bar) *
  • Reception/Front Office.
  • Kitchen *
  • Conference & Banqueting.
  • Accommodation.
  • Heart of House functions, such as Sales, Human Resources,
    Revenue and Accounts.


N.B. * over 18’s only for kitchen and bar positions.
