Our Guest Service Staff are trained to work across different departments, including Food & Beverage (restaurant & bar), Reception and Accommodation. This means that they are knowledgeable and skilled, working straight shifts and experiencing lots of variety in their role every week.
Guest Service Staff Supervisors ensure the smooth operation of the department they are working in, and provide guests with a high standard service. Their role is to supervise and motivate the Guest Service Staff and to lead by example.
