Staff from the new Jurys Inn Derby hotel, opening this Friday 19 June 2009, were scattered across the city on Friday last week in search of Derby’s hot spots and historical locations as part of a citywide treasure hunt.
More than 30 staff were divided into teams of five to participate in the team building exercise so they could learn more about the city and meet with locals. When the first guests arrive on Friday the team will be able to make recommendations on great places to visit Derby and point visitors in the right direction.
